VEGETABLE FRIED RICE
Hi friends today my recipe vegetable fried rice. my son very liking this dish. and To my younger son don't like vegetables but this type foods like very much. so i am prepare this dish. Not only my sons all childern like so much of this dish. Try this dish and enjoy well.
INGREDIENTS:
- Cabbage - 100gm
- Chilli sauce - 1tbspn
- Tomato sauce - 2 tbspn
- soy sauce - 1tbspn
- Vinegar - 1/2 tbspn
- Oil - As required taste
- Salt - As required taste
- Capsicum - 1/2
- Carrot - 100 gm
- Beans - 50 gm
- Ginger - 1tspn
- Garlic - 4 pices
- Onion - 2 midium size
- Rice - 300 gms
METHOD:
* Take a wok or kadai and heat them in a high flame. Add oil when it gets hot, add ginger and garlic saute it for a minute
* Then add onion, saute until it turns pale pink Don't overcook.
* Now add cabbage, capsicum, and carrot, stir well cook for a minute.
* Atlast add salt , soysauce, tomato sauce, chilli sauce and vinegar, mix uniformly.
* Once cooked add the boiled rice and mix well
.* Serve this with any manchurian gravey or tomato sauce.

Heat wok or kadai with oil. once hot add ginger and garli. saute it well.

To add capsicum
Then add the vegetables, Don't overcook vegetables should be parically cooked. If if is cooked well taste will not be good.

Once partially cooked, add all sauce shown to images
To add soy sauce To add chilli sauce,and tomato sauce

When cooked mix the rice to the gravy. If need you can add ajinomoto. But i am not adding ajinomoto.
Serves the fried rice with manchurian or tomato sauce.
