ARISI PAYASAM
Arisi payasam is one of my favourite payasam. I learned this recipe from my mother in law. This is one of my Traditional Recipe. We prepared this dish as an offering to god on New Moon Day (April 22nd). It is prepared by boiling the rice and split bengal gram in water. Then, we have to add the jaggery, cardamom and roasted dry fruits. This arisi payasam is simple, healthy and sweet to eat. We can prepare payasam with Semiya and Sago (Javvarisi). In future i will share those recipes also. With this post i have shated video and step by step images for clear understanding. Do try this and share your feedback with us.
