TRI COLOR DHOSA
Tri colour dhosa- I prepared this dhosa for celebrating 71st republic day. On this day the drafted constitution came into force on january 26,1950. From then we observe this day on every year. Our food continent wishing you Happy Republic day.Lets get into the recipe. Checkout the instructions for easy understanding.

TRI COLOUR DHOSA
Tri color dhosa recipe for which you need very simple ingredients to prepare and can be prepared within 15 minutes if you have dhosa batter. Do try this recipe and celebrate this day. Also don't forget to share your feedback with us.

INGREDIENTS
- 1 Carrot
- 1 cup Curry leaves, Coriander leaves, Mint leaves,
- 1 small size Ginger
- Salt ( As per teaste)
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 1 cup Dhos Idli batter
INSTRUCTIONS
- First, grate the carrot and grind to fine paste.
- In a mixie jar, add in curry leaves, mint leaves, coriander leaves,ginger and add enough salt. Grind to fine paste.
- Heat the dhosa pan, add oil. Pour batter and make it dhosa. First apply mint mix on the bottom half portion.
- At the top , apply carrot mix which represents orange colour of National flag. Close with lid and cook for few minutes.
- Finally, Tricolour dhosa is ready to served.

“STEP BY STEP IMAGES″
Cut the carrot and add enough salt grind to filne paste.

Curry leaves, Coriander leaves, Mint leaves, Ginger, Lemon juice 5drops and add salt. Grind to fine paste.




Transfer the both mix in to the bowel.
Heat the pan, add oil . Pour batter and make it dhosa.

First apply mint mix at the bottom.

Next carrot mix apply on the top half portion.

close the lid and cook for few minutes.

TRI COLOUR DHOSA IS READY TO BE SERVED.
