HOW TO PREPARE PAITHANPARUPPU URUNDAI (MOONG DAL BALLS):

                                              Paithanparuppu urundai is nutritious  snack as it contains moong dal ,sugar and  nuts. we will prepare this food during diwali . It is very easy to make and tasty too.

Ingredients:
                     ➔ 500gms of moong dal
                     ➜ 500gms of powdered sugar
                     ➜50 gms  of cashew nut,dried grapes

METHOD OF PREPARATION:
   

  •     In a wide pan fry the moong dal for  2-3 min and grind it fine powder.
  •     Uniformly mix the moong dal and powdered sugar.
  •     Add nuts and dried grapes.
  •     Now add required amount of ghee.
  •     Make balls properly and Ready to serve.
