SEMOLINA BISCUITS
Hi Friends,Hope your day is going good. As New year is coming soon what have you planned specially? let me know .What actually we do is on december 31st at sharp 12.00am we will cut cake and happily welcomes our new year.Next day morning we will spend time with our family and we will go to spritual places.This is our routine plan but this year we planned to go movies or mini tour with our family.I will share what we do on next year :)
Today's recipe is semolina biscuits.It is a deep fried snack.You can have this with hot coffee. I always will take some snacks with hot coffee.If you want some snacks some then try this. You can store this in a container for 1 week.It won't consume more time to make ,within 25 min you can prepare this snacks.Main ingredient is rava or semolina.Also i shared step by step pictures.
INGREDIENTS:
- Semolina - 1 cup
- Red chilli powder1/2 spoon
- Salt -As Required
- Water - 1/2 cup
- Oil - For deep frying
PREPARATION:
In a mixie add semolina and grind it to a fine powder.
METHODS :
- Add semolina, Red chilli powder, salt to a bowl and mix well
- Add water gradually to make a frm dough
- Keep cover and set aside for 15mts
- Take small portion from a dough
- In a flat surface roll the dough in round shape and its size should be thin
- Using the knife cut vertically and horizontal. OR To a required shape.
- Heat a pan with oil for deep frying in a medium flame
- Now gently add shaped dough to the oil and fry untill turns golden brown colour
- After that transfer to a plate and let it cool for some time
- Can be stored in a container for 1 week.

2.Add water and knead to a firm dough.
3.In a flat surface roll the dough to a round shape.Its size should be thin.
4.Then cut it verically and horizontally. Like a square or rhombus shape.

5.In a heated pan add the sliced dough to the oil and fry till it turns golden brown.
6.Now it is ready to serve.
