- Rice - 1 cup
- soya chunks - 1 cup
- Paneer - 100gm
- Onion - 1 (Large size)
- Carrot - 1
- Potato - 1
- Tomato - 1
- Ginger Garlic paste - 1 tbspn
- Green chilli - 1
- Fennel Seeds- 1 tspn
- Cinamon - 1 (1 inch piece)
- Bay leaf- 1
- Curry leaves - few leaves
- Coriander leaves - 1/2 cup
- Curd - 1tbspn
- Oil - 3 tbspn
- Salt - as required for taste
- Red chilli powder - 1tspn
- Garam masala - 1 tspn
- Turmeric powder - 1 tspn
- Water -2 cup
PREPARATION:
1.In a bowl add 1 cup rice and rinse with water.Then drain the water and keep closed. 2.To make ginger garlic paste: In a mixer add ginger and garlic and grind.Also add one green chilli and grind to a fine paste.3.Next wash the soya chunks in cold water and soak it in hot water for 10 min.After that squeeze out the water.Then transfer it to a bowl and keep closed.
INSTRUCTIONS:
1.Heat a pressure pan and then add oil then add cinnamon,fennel seeds and bayleaf. And saute until it splutters.
2.Now add onions and saute until turns golden.After that add vegetables and saute for about 2 min.
3.Once the vegetables cooked and add curry leaves,ginger garlic paste, garam masala,Turmeric powder and chilli powder.
4. And also add paneer and soya chunks,cook for about 4 min. And add 1 tbspn curd.
5.Furthermore add 2 cups of water for 1 cup rice.(1:2 ratio).When water boils add rice and cook for few minutes.Then water gets reduced at that time close the pressure pan using lid.
6.Reduce the flame to low for 20min and cook.Don't overcook.After 20 min open the lid and check.when rice is cooked sparely it is ready to serve.

3.Then add masalas,salt and curry leaves .Strir well and cook for few min.

4.Then add Soya chunks and paneer and cook for about 4 min.And and curd.
5.Once all cooked add water and when water reduces close the lid and cook in very low flame for 20 min.

6.when rice was cooked sparely it is ready to serve.
7.Enjoy soya and paneer pulav with Raitha.
