VANILLA SPONGE CAKE
Hello Friends! Hope you all enjoying your Holidays.As christmas is comes very soon are you ready for the celebration???. I wishing you a very happy and merry christmas to all of you.May this year brings happiness and peacefulness to everyone's life. Today I am going to share simple spongy Vanilla cake.For the first time i preapared this spongy cake.My children loved this cake.To make this cake oven is not required.You can preapare this in Kadai or pan itself.
INGREDIENTS:
Plain Flour - 1/4 cup
Milk -1/4 cup
Baking powder -1
Baking Soda -1/2 tspn
Anilla Essence -1 tspn
Oil - 1/4 cup
Egg -1
Plain Flour - 1/4 cup
Milk -1/4 cup
Baking powder -1
Baking Soda -1/2 tspn
Anilla Essence -1 tspn
Oil - 1/4 cup
Egg -1
INSTRUCTIONS:
- In a bowl add egg,sugar and vanilla essence whisk it well.Using Electric beater or hand whisk.Beat until it comes to fluffy.
- Sieve the flour,baking powder,baking soda in bowl without lumps.Then add it to the wet ingredients.And mix well.
- Now add the milk slowly and mix to a semi solid consistency.
- Preheat the thick kadai for 5 min.Meanwhile grease the mould with oil or ghee and line the bottom with parchment paper.
- Pour the batter into the mould and tap.So that it will not form bubbles.
- Place the mould over the stand in kadai.Close the lid and cook for 20 to 25 min in low flame.
- After cake is cooked allow them to cool for few min. Then unmold the cake slowly. Now Spongy cake is ready to eat.

1.Take a bowl and add egg ,sugar and venilla essence.And Beat well.

2. Now add all the dry ingredients and mix uniformly.

3.Pour the batter into to the mould which is lined with parchment paper.
