CRUNCHY INSTANT RAVA DOSA
Hi friends,,, I hope that you all being safe and healthy. In this post, am going to share breakfast recipes. A simple and crunchy Instant Rava Dosa. Here the key ingredient is Rava. Also i have added rice flour which gives crunchy texture. And here the binding agent is Maida or plain flour. If we add more maida, dosa will be hard or sticky. So add less amount of maida.
Also add water to pouring consistency. Always use iron skillet to prepare dosa. Cook in medium low flame. The more you cook more crispy dosa will come. Coconut chutney and sambar is perfect combo for this dosa. Hope you all like this recipe. Do try this and let me know how much you liked and how it came out.

INGREDIENT :
- Rava - 1 cup
- Rice flour - 1 cup
- Maida - 2 tbspn
- Onion - 1 Medium size
- Cumin seeds - 1tpn
- Pepper corns - 1 tpn
- Curd - 2 tbspn
- Green chilli - 2
- Ginger - 1tpn
- Curry leaves -
- Salt - As required
- Water - As required
PREPARATION :
1. In a bowl add the One cup Semolilna or rave, One cup of rice flour, and maida mix them uniformly without adding water.
2. To that add cumin seeds, pepper corns,ginger, green chilli, curd,curry leaves, Onion, and salt. Gradually add water and bring it to pouring consistency.
3. Let it sit for about 20 minutes.
4. Grease the preheated pan with oil. Then make dosa in medium low flame. Cook until turns golden brown and crispy.
5. Repeat the same for remaining batches. Once done, serve with coconut chutney or sambar.
STEP BY STEP VIDEO :
In a mixing bowl add rava, rice flour, cumin seeds, and pepper corns.
Add ginger, green chilli, curry leaves , curd and salt.
Mix to required consistency by adding water once done add onion and mix well. Close the lid and let it sit for 20 minutes.
Heat the skillet and grease with oil. Make dosa . Cook until turns golden brown.
Finally, serve with coconut chutney and samber.
