HOW TO MAKE VANILLA ICE CREAM IN HOME PREPARATION

       

 

  VANILLA ICE CREAM 




     Hi friends ,,,   This post is about How to make ice cream using instant mix available in super markets.  While doing this at home we won't get perfect taste as in ice cream shop.  But if you follow the instructions which i had follow you will get exact taste and texture.  As we are quarantined ourselves we can't sacrifice our small happiness.  So if you had a chance to buy this instant mix then do try and enjoy.  Not  only vanilla flavour you can add coco powder to the instant mix to get choco ice cream.  We can prepare any flavour that we want.

INGREDIENT :

Milk  :  500 ml.
Vanilla Ice Cream mix  :  100 gram.
Nuts and dry fruits  :  To garnish (Optional)




PREPARATION :

1.  In a bowl take 100 ml of milk and to that add vanilla ice cream mix.  Stir well withour any lumps.
2.  Meanwhile, heat the 500 ml of milk in a pan.  When it comes to one boiling, add ice cream mix.
3.  Stir it frequently in medium low flame for about 20 minutes.  When it lightly sticky turn off the flame and let it cool for few minutes.
4.  Now transfer the ice cream mix to mixie jar and grind to fine consistency.  Ane pour the mix to air tight container.  Keep it in freezer for 2 hours.
5.  After 2 hours, again grind the ice cream mix to fine paste.  And transfer to a container, let it freeze for about 8 to 10 hours.
6.  Now Vanilla Ice Cream is ready to serve.  If need garnish with nuts and dry fruits.




STEP BY STEP VEDIO :



In a pan add milk and let it boil..






In a bowl  take 100 ml of milk to that add ice cream mix.  Stir well without any lumps.
When milk boiled, add the ice cream mix and stir uniformly in a medium flame.


















After few minutes it will be sticky, at that time turn off the flame.  Let it cool for few minutes.



Transfer the mix to mixie jar and grind to fine consistency.


Keep the ice cream mix in freezer for 2 hours.









Again grind the mix to fine paste.  Than transfer it to air tight container and freeze for 8 to 10 hours.




















After 8 to 10 hours Vanilla   Ice  Cream is ready to serve.  If need garnish with nuts and dry fruits.
