HOW TO MAKE CHILLI BREAD BALL WITH FOOD CONTINENT



CHILLI BREAD BALL 

Hi friends...  In this post i have shared a good evening time snacks recipe.  After long time i have come up with snacks recipe.  If you crave for some spicy snacks then this is for you.  This recipe can be prepared within 30 minutes.  Serves for 3 peoples.  Here i used homemade bread crumbs, you can use packets available in supermarkets.  It is a combination of Indo - Chinese recipe.  You can find this dish in Bakeries or  hotels.  Where my son bought this dish from the hotel.  The taste was spicy, and yummy too.  As we going to prepare this recipe in our home it will be hygienic and heaalthy.









INGREDIENTS :

Bread - 4 slice
Cabbage - 1cup
Carrot -  1/2 cup
Ginger Garlic paste - 1tspn
Salt - As per taste
Black Pepper corn  - 1tspn
Soy sauce - 1tspn
Chilli sauce - 1tspn
Oil - for deep fry
Green chilli - 2
Capsicum - 1/2 
Corn flour - 1tbspn
Coriander leaves 
Onion - 1
Tomato sauce - 1tspn
Vinegar - 1/2 tspn
Water - As requred 









METHODS : 

1.  Takes 4 slice of bread, grind down the bread in food processor.  You can also use bread crumbs avaliable in super markets.

2.  Transfer the bread crumbs in a mixing bowl.  to that add cabbage, carrot, ginger garlic paste, salt, pepper, soy sauce and chilli sauce.  Mix well and make it to dough.

3.  From the dough take small portion and prepare round shaped balls.  Repeat it for remaining batches.

4.  Heat the pan with oil for deep frying.  Gently add in bread balls to the oil and frry till golden brown.

5.  In another pan,add oil.  Once hot, add chopped garlic,  garlic, green chilli and capsicum.  Saute for a minute.

6.  Then add bread balls, salt, tomato sauce and chillli sauce.  Meanwhile, add 1tbspn corn flour to 2tbspn of water and mix without any lumps.  Now, add the corn flour mix to the mixture and cook well.

7.  Once done turn off the flame and add chopped coriander leaves.  Now ,      Chilli Bread Ball Is Ready To Served.
