MILAGU JEERAGAM DOSA
Hi friends!!! Today i shared about how to prepare Milagu Jeeragam Dosa. It as one of healthy recipe for morning breakfast. As we all are facing terrible situation (COVID -19), We should take care of our health and out family members. A study says that Black pepper have anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidant properties. So if we take periodically it will gives immunity to our body.
Cumin seeds also helps in digestion, and rich source of iron. Also it mainly helps to weight loss. We can drink cumin water daily it gives good result. INGREDIENTS :
Rice - 1/2 kg
Grated Coconut - 1cup
Cumin seeds - 2 tbspn
Black pepper corns - 2 tbspn
Salt - As per tast
Water - As requried
Oil - As per tast.
METHODS :
1. Soak the rice in water for about 30 minutes. Then grind the soaked rice to fine batter.
2. This batter need not to be fermented. We can use this batter immediately to prepare dosa.
3. To enhance the flavour to batter, We need grated coconut, cumin seeds, black pepper corns, salt. Add all those ingredients to mixie jar and grind to fine paste by adding required amount of water.
4. Add the grinded coconut paste to batter and mix well. The batter should be in pouring consistency.
5. Heat the Dosa pan, and grease the pan with oil. And make dosa with batter.
6. Filp over other side and cook for few seconds. Once done Transfer it to the plate and serve with Coconut Chutney or Sambar.
